We offer only Zweigart needlepoint canvas, makers of the finest quality needlepoint canvases in the world. We ensure that each and every canvas' scale and color are just as the artists intended. Our customers have loved stitching our canvases for many years, and we're confident that you will too.

Returns

We proudly have very few returns, but we respond to and resolve any concerns you may have in a timely and courteous manner. The most common reasons for returns are below.

Challenging Canvases

In the event that you receive a canvas you selected and upon receipt find it a daunting challenge, we ask that you phone or email us before a return. In all circumstances, we will accept returns or exchange for a different canvas, providing the canvas is returned within 20 days of the purchase date.

Damaged or Defective Canvases

In the event that you receive a damaged canvas (rarely, and usually by the carrier) please call or email us and we will be glad to quickly send a substitute canvas. In the event you receive a canvas that is either defective or the wrong item, a replacement will be sent promptly upon notification.

Other Reasons

Please note that all canvases are unfinished canvas. Unless otherwise noted -- such as products that are listed as kits -- canvases do not come with yarn or thread. Refunds or returns will no longer be considered if you buy a canvas believing it to be a finished piece of needlepoint canvas or if you thought your canvas came with threads when sold as canvas only. Thank you for your understanding.

Returning Kits

Kits can be returned should it arrive damaged or you are sent the wrong one in error. Special order threads to complete a canvas (threads which do not come as a kit), custom threads or partial skeins or hanks cannot be returned. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and is the responsibility of the purchaser and credit issued will not include shipping charges if any applied for the original transaction.
